In a whirlwind day for Italian Serie D club Piacenza, the team saw three different managers take charge.
The club initially announced the dismissal of manager Carmine Parlato, appointing Simone Bentivoglio as his replacement.
However, this decision was met with immediate backlash from fans, who stormed the training grounds in protest, chanting, “We don’t want Bentivoglio.”
In response to the uproar, Piacenza quickly replaced Bentivoglio with Stefano Rossini, who had been dismissed just a month prior.
Currently, Piacenza sits in 11th place in the league, with 14 points after 12 weeks.
