Fresh FM fire incident: Former Presidential candidate, Dr. Anifowose-Kelani, sympathizes with Yinka Ayefele



A former Presidential candidate in Nigeria, Dr. Tunde Anifowose-Kelani, has identified with the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Fresh FM, Dr. Yinka Ayefele, over the fire incident that gutted his Ibadan station on Friday night.


In his message to Dr. Ayefele following the incident which affected two studios in the radio stations, Dr. Anifowose-Kelani, said “I am deeply saddened to learn of the devastating fire incident that ravaged the Music House, home to Fresh FM and Blast FM studios, on Friday night.


“I wish to extend my heartfelt sympathies to my dear brother, Dr. Yinka Ayefele, and his team. 


“This unfortunate incident is a significant setback, but I have no doubt that your resilience and determination will see you through this challenging time.


“The Music House has been a hub for creativity and entertainment, and the loss of equipment and infrastructure will undoubtedly be felt. 


“However, I am confident that with your leadership and vision, Fresh FM and Blast FM will bounce back stronger than ever. 


“Your passion for promoting Nigerian talent and culture is inspiring, and I have every faith that you will rebuild and continue to thrive.


“I pray that this incident will not deter Dr. Ayefele and his team from pursuing their dreams and contributing to the growth of our entertainment industry. 


“I wish them a speedy recovery and rebuilding process.


“Once again, I express my deepest sympathies to Dr. Ayefele and the entire team. 


“May this challenging time be an opportunity for growth, and may your passion for music and broadcasting continue to inspire and uplift our nation.” He added.
