The Honourable Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, Professor Musibau Babatunde, has disclosed that the Engr. Seyi Makinde led administration will provide portals through which stakeholders would submit their suggestions and requests at the Stakeholders Consultative Forum & Engagement Meeting scheduled for Thursday, 9th of October 2025 at the International Conference Center, University of Ibadan.
Professor Babatunde disclosed this at the "Situation Room," a Fresh FM radio station program in Ibadan.
Babatunde, who described the Oyo State Stakeholders' Meeting on Budget as an integral part of the State's inclusive governance, said that the present administration will deepen public confidence in its initiatives by providing portals for stakeholders to submit their requests.
Babatunde further stated that in the spirit of setting a strong example of inclusive governance that aligns with the principles of sustainable development and accountability, the Executive Governor of Oyo state, Engr Seyi Makinde will be flagging off the stakeholders consultative & Engagement meeting at the Ogunlana Hall of the International Conference Center, University of Ibadan on Thursday 9th of October, 2025.
He added that the meeting will be transparent, promote collaboration among various development partners and enhance efficiency in resource allocation by identifying community specific challenges such as infrastructural deficits, health-care needs, educational gaps and agricultural needs among others.
